Jet Co. has one of the deepest beams in the industry and one of the strongest. Standard top and bottom flanges are 3/8" x 5" high strength steel. 1/2" x 5" or larger flanges are used when necessary. Beams are robotically welded for smooth, strong, continues beads every time. Beams are welded on both sides.
What about Paint??
7 Step corrosive protection process: with phosphate coating and metal sealer. Jet applies electrostatic paint, 2 coats Epoxy primer plus 2 top coats.
